Event 1 – Individual Time Trial
1820 onwards – time trials individual.
    500 metres: U8(Cat E), U10(Cat D), U12(Cat C)

Next rider starts effort (250m), other riders keep pace but can’t overtake (first rider stops)
Next rider starts effort (250m), last rider keeps pace but can’t overtake (second rider stops)
Oldest rider starts effort (250m) (3rd rider stops)
    Overall time counts

Event 3 – Mechanical competition in your sprint teams.
Riders 1 to 3: Front wheel out and back in – check working with brakes
Last rider: front wheel out, inner tube out, inner tube back in, inflate tyre and refit wheel, check brakes. Stop clock.

Bring your own tools, fingers or other implement.

    Help will be available.
