Meet for signing on and numbers at the club room, St Matthew's Church Hall, Darley Abbey Drive, Darley Abbey except for the annual Inter-Club 25 with South Pennine, Heanor and Mercia†where the meeting point is Etwall.

Trophies are awarded at the club dinner each year for the Mercury rider with the best 10 performances from the evening time trials (not including the inter-club). There is a trophy for scratch times and one for handicap times. For your rides to count though you must have helped with running of an event as an official during the year.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual riders officiating each week to organise a switch with another rider if they are unavailable for a particular date. Officials need to be at the club room to handle signing on, collect watches and issue numbers.
