I'm planning on racing the 3/4 race at 10am this saturday if anyone else is game. I'll probably ride out too if anyone wants extra miles.

I am toying with the idea but concerned i have just spent the last week lying on a Greek beach and drinking copious amounts of lager by night......with no training !!
